Search for Acceptance No More

You belong to Jesus.
You are God's child. You belong to Jesus.

You are chosen by God.
You may not feel special, but God handpicked you! You know how you shop for the perfect outfit? God specially picked you out!
Synonyms for chosen: selected, special.

You are God's masterpiece.
This means that you are God's BEST project, like an artist's finest work of art.
Synonyms for masterpiece: work of art, work of genius, stunning success.

You are forgiven.
Whatever you have done has been paid for—paid in full! There is no sin that wasn't covered by Jesus. One drop of His blood was more than enough to pay for your sin. He carried all of your guilt and sin, so there is NONE left for you to carry. Stop carrying it! This is not a free license to sin. It is a free license to live in peace.

You are blameless.
Have you been raped, abused, molested, or been with a boy, and now you feel like you are tarnished and unclean? Well, Jesus makes you blameless.
Synonyms for blameless: innocent, spotless, clean, untarnished.

You are His adopted child.
Your parents may be great parents or maybe not. If you have ever wished you could belong to a different family—maybe you wish your best friend's mom were your mother—I have good news for you. In Christ, you are adopted into the BEST family EVER! You are God's child now!
Synonyms for adopted: accepted, approved.

You are pleasing to God.
Do you ever feel like you can't do anything right? When God looks at you, He doesn't see all the failures and faults. He looks at you and says, “Perfect.” You are pleasing to Him!
Synonyms for pleasing: pleasant, enjoyable, lovely, gratifying.

You are sealed with the Holy Spirit.
Do you know what that means? It means that if you have given your life to Jesus, you are in Him forever. He will never leave you, never forsake you, never kick you out of the family, never stop loving you!

Do you know this loving Father I am talking about? If you do, all these things are true about you. If you don't, they are not—but they can be. God loves you, and He wants you to know Him!
